These Terms of Service govern purchases made on marketplace.trilium-bg.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you accept these terms in full.
1. The seller
The Site is operated by Trilium EOOD, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law, registered office at Alabin Str. 31, floor 1, apt. 1, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria — EIK/UIC 131461587, VAT BG131461587, legal representative Fabio Felice Cudia. Contact: info@trilium-bg.com, +359 899 665 200.
2. Products and prices
Essential product characteristics are described on the relevant product page. Images are illustrative and may not exactly represent the characteristics of the product received (e.g. colour, due to screen display). Prices shown on the Site include VAT where applicable and are expressed in Euro unless stated otherwise; shipping costs, if not included, are shown and accepted by the customer before the order is placed. We may change prices at any time; the price applied to your order is the one shown when you submit it. Any price reduction or “sale” price shown reflects a genuine prior price previously applied by us, in line with EU price-indication rules.
3. Formation of the contract
An order placed through the Site is a contractual offer. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to unavailability, data errors, or suspected fraud — notifying you promptly and refunding in full any amount already paid.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through the method(s) available at checkout, which may include debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and, where enabled, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), via our payment processor. Card data is handled directly by our payment provider in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards; Trilium EOOD does not store full card details.
Where offered at checkout, you may also pay directly from your bank account (“Pay by Bank”). This payment initiation service is provided by Salt Edge, a payment service provider authorised under Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2): you select your bank, authenticate with it using strong customer authentication (SCA) and authorise the transfer to Trilium EOOD. Trilium EOOD never receives or stores your online-banking credentials. Your order is confirmed only after the payment result is confirmed, and refunds are made to the same account or payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and carriers are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse of origin and destination, including customs transit time for shipments from outside the EU. We will provide a tracking number, where available, once your order is handed to the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable based on the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal and legal guarantee
Customers who qualify as “consumers” have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as described on our Refund and Returns Policy page, including the categories of goods excluded from withdrawal and the conditions for a full refund. All products sold are also covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771) for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
7. Fair use and fraud prevention
To protect genuine customers and keep the Site sustainable, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders, and to decline future orders, where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of our returns process, or a pattern of behaviour inconsistent with normal retail use (for example, repeated unfounded “not received” claims, or systematic ordering and returning of used goods). This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers acting in good faith.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint about an order, contact us at info@trilium-bg.com. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the customer’s habitual country of residence, where more favourable. For customers acting as consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile remain competent, where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed after publication on the Site.
