Processing times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holidays) processing may take up to 3 business days; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time across the EU is 2-6 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and the warehouse the item ships from. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates: occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance (for shipments originating outside the EU), carrier network conditions, or peak-season volumes. We will always provide a tracking number, where available, once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/value, and shown before you confirm payment. Any promotional free-shipping threshold, if active, is displayed at checkout and on the relevant product or cart page.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply on entry into the EU, in accordance with current EU customs rules. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, contact us at info@trilium-bg.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, offer a reshipment or full refund.
